In response to our customers, we have re-purposed a small number of our miscut feed plates into a useful fix for the common issue of broken trays. These plates are thicker and stronger than your original tray and incorporate an improved feed hole shape that works great. They are an exact fit for the inside of the XL size tray. Available to US and Canadian customers only. These plates work with any of the XL size feeder, 8 holes are best and are the same size. It can work with the 6 or 10 hole XL trays as well.
We have a limited number of kits but they are a very economical alternative to the cost of replacing your entire tray (less than 50% of the cost of a new tray). Our price includes shipping.
The kit comes with one plate, all hardware and instructions. Note, you will need a hacksaw or jigsaw as well to cut away the center section of your old tray and a drill.
